These Terms of Use govern your use of asmaa.dev. Please read them before using the site.

1. Agreement

asmaa.dev (the “site”) is operated by BLKPVNTHR LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

asmaa.dev is a portfolio and information site. It describes software engineering work, projects, and services. Its content is informational only.

Using the site, reading its content, or contacting us through it does not create a client, consulting, advisory, employment, or other professional relationship between you and BLKPVNTHR LLC. Such a relationship is formed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

3. No advice

Nothing on the site is legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. For the finance-specific points, see the Financial Disclaimer.

4. Contacting us

Messages you send through the contact form or by email are not confidential and are not covered by any professional privilege. Please do not send confidential, proprietary, or highly sensitive material, including:

  • passwords, API keys, or other credentials;
  • bank or brokerage login details, account numbers, or financial account access;
  • Social Security numbers or similar government identifiers;
  • confidential information belonging to your employer or a third party.

Unsolicited confidential information may be deleted without being read. Sending it to us does not create any duty of confidentiality on our part.

5. Intellectual property

The content of the site — including its design, code, text, and images — is owned by BLKPVNTHR LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, or use the content commercially without our written permission.

Some images depict publicly released science-mission material produced by, or in connection with, third parties. That material remains the property of its respective owners. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners, and their appearance on the site does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

6. BLKPVNTHR.OS is a separate service

BLKPVNTHR.OS (os.blkpvnthr.com) is a separate software service, operated as a distinct product. It may be governed by its own product-specific terms and privacy disclosures. These Terms do not govern your use of it.

Access to BLKPVNTHR.OS is provided as-is and may change, be limited, or be withdrawn at any time. Trading functionality is paper-first: live orders stay disabled until a strategy clears the platform’s paper-trading threshold. See the Financial Disclaimer.

7. Third-party links

The site links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, practices, or policies, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of any external site is governed by that site’s own terms.

8. Availability and changes

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, update, or remove content, or take the site offline, at any time and without notice. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, relating to the site and its content, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the information on the site is accurate, complete, or current.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLKPVNTHR LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the site.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
